Our Fees *

We normally charge for our services on a time spent basis plus out of pocket expenses and VAT at the following hourly rates

• Planner£ 62.00 per hour
• Senior Planner£ 82.00 per hour
• Planning Director£ 100.00 per hour

* As at June 2008

However, in a lot of cases we are able to quote a fixed fee where appropriate or set a budget ceiling to work to.

We offer an initial free one hour consultation (in our office) for new clients to discuss their requirements and to see if we can be of assistance.
